dinner and cocktail series returns for 2023!
The first event of the series will take place at Employee Meal in Birmingham.

TICKET INCLUDES:
A uniquely curated menu, gratuity and sales tax, and a portion of proceeds to Forgotten Harvest.
There will be a full drink pairing menu available for $50 on the night of the event when you arrive. Individual pairings will also be available. Drink pairings are as described under each course - but are not included with the price of the ticket.

First Course:Â Homemade Guacamole Chips & Salsa
Second Course:Â Ceviche
  Fresh fish marinated in citrus with chili peppers, onions, tomatoes & cilantro.
-Drink Pairing: Welcome Cordial El Pepino - cucumber & cilantro
Third Course:Â Camarones Rojos & Alambre
   Florida royal red shrimp, spicy grilled & marinated tenderloin tips char-grilled with avocado salsa & spicy remoulade.
-Drink Pairing: Cocktail La Sirena - Tequila, strawberries, mango & lime
*(Third Course Vegetarian Option:Â Mushroom Taquitos
Sauteed mixed mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, & spicy potatoes in a corn tortilla.)*
Fourth Course:Â Chamorro con Mole
   Slow-roasted pork shank with sweet & spicy mole sauce over poblano rice.
-Drink pairing: Red Wine D.V. Tinto Rojo Mendoza, Argentina or White Wine Rouge Vin Jamon Jamon Itata, Chili.

Pan-fried cauliflower, hulienned onions & peppers in a rich red sauce over poblano rice.)*
Dessert:Â Twice Baked Flan
   Twice baked flan with sweet ceeam and lemon crunch.
A portion of the proceeds benefit Forgotten Harvest in their fight against hunger in Metro Detroit.
