Culinary Director, Andy Myers and Executive Chef, Matt Jones have created an menu inspired by the chefs that inspired them. 
Get ready to experience the flavors and hear the stories.

CJ Food Reporter, Amanda Hancock, will host a discussion with Chef Matt and Director Andy, exploring the local food community, the inspiration behind the menus, and what it means to have a restuarant in Louisville food-scene.

4-Course Chef-Inspired Dinner:  

Course One: Duck Leg Ballotine, Flageolet Beans, Pearl Onions, Turnips, Red Wine
Course Two: Cavatelli Amatriciana Pasta Dish
Course Three: Diver Scallops Picata, Spaghetti Squash, Brown Butter, Sage
Course Four: Speculoos Crepe, Calabrian Chili, Ganache, Chantilly

$100 per person/ticket (gratuity included)
Drink orders will be taken during the event and are not included in the ticket price.
