Join us for an exclusive dinner at Louisville's most iconic (and colorful) restaurant, Proof on Main. Situated in Museum Row on downtown's historic Main Street you will dine amongst treasured, storied artifacts from the personal collection of 21c founders Steve Wilson and Laura Lee Brown. 

Executive Chef, Cody Stone, has curated a special menu designed just for this event.  

The menu highlights the vast seasonability of KY cuisine, especially during a time of year that often goes unappreciated for what it provides. There's a focus on root vegetables, foods that are easily stored during the colder months, and citrus bringing a brightness to lighten this time of year. These dishes are hearty: rich and nourishing to warm your soul. They are meant to make us feel whole again. 

CJ Food Reporter, Amanda Hancock, will host a discussion with Chef Stone, exploring the local food community, the inspiration behind his menus, and what it means to be the executive chef in Louisville's most iconic restaurant.
