The Courier Journal's lead horse racing reporter Jason Frakes will host the ticketed event on Wednesday, April 24, and our panel of experts includes Ed DeRosa of Horse Racing Nation, David Levitch, a former University of Louisville basketball player who is heavily involved in thoroughbred racing through the DC Racing ownership syndicate and as a handicapper, and Bailey Armour of 1/st Bet.
