First Course: Homemade Guacamole Chips & Salsa
Second Course: Ceviche
Fresh fish marinated in citrus with chili peppers, onions, tomatoes & cilantro.
Third Course: Camarones Rojos & Alambre
Florida royal red shrimp, spicy grilled & marinated tenderloin tips char-grilled with avocado salsa & spicy remoulade.

Sauteed mixed mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, & spicy potatoes in a corn tortilla.)*
Fourth Course: Chamorro con Mole
Slow-roasted pork shank with sweet & spicy mole sauce over poblano rice.

Dessert: Twice Baked Flan
