The Detroit Free Press / Metro Detroit Chevy Dealers Top 10 Takeover dining series has returned for 2025!

The second event of the series is at Lincoln Yard in Birmingham.

SEATING TIMES:
5:00 PM & 7:30 PM


TICKET INCLUDES:
A uniquely curated menu, gratuity, sales tax, and a portion of the proceeds goes to Forgotten Harvest.

MENU:
$60 per person

Standard Menu:

First Course:
Microbus Salad | baby kale, marinated tomatoes, cucumber, radish, fennel, pickled celery, crispy curry chickpeas, avocado vinaigrette (v, gf)

Olive Oil & Orange Cornbread | served warm with spicy honey butter (veg)

Second Course:
Edamame Hummus | blistered shisito peppers, scratch pita (v)

Third Course:

Rotisserie Chicken | hot honey-glazed, roasted jalapeño sweet potato mash, crispy brussels sprouts (gf)

Fourth Course:
Lemon Semifreddo Tart | burnt meringue, strawberry-rhubarb compote (veg)
