The tenth event of the series is Peridot in Ann Arbor.

First Course (Choice Of):
kampachi and prosciutto - kampachi sashimi, prosciutto de parma, tomatillo ponzu, honey dew, pickled fresno, pistachio, smoked soy gel
OR
ribeye carpaccio - thin-sliced seared ribeye, charred scallion purée, fried shallots, fish sauce vinaigrette
Second Course (Choice Of):
seared cabbage - seared cabbage, chili hoisin marinade, fried shallots, pomegranate seed, coconut puree, pepita, thai basil

green papaya salad - english cucumber, pickled daikon, roasted peanuts, fried shallots, spicy lime dressing, house-made beef jerky
Third Course (Choice Of):
grilled sea bream - marinated grilled sea bream, lettuce wraps, pickled shallots, ginger

rohan duck - dry-aged seared duck breast, duck leg spring rolls, pan roasted rapini, kohlrabi puree, star anise duck jus
