This special event will also feature a live jazz band performance!

The fifth event is SAVOY in Detroit.

Standard Menu

First Course:
New England Clam Chowder: Classic creamy chowder with mirepoix of vegetables, and golden potatoes garnished with fresh baked garlic croutons, chopped chives, and crushed black peppers

Second Course:
New Orleans Chargrilled Oysters: New Orleans Style Oysters mopped in our butter made of minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese and house blend of herbs and spices, grilled to perfection served with toast points and charred lemon

Third Course:
Taste of SAVOY (guests will enjoy a sample of all the dishes below):

Bourbon St. Catfish: Cajun Fried Filet of Henderson Creek Catfish served over a bed of seasoned white rice topped with Chef Melba's House Made Crawfish Etouffee

Seafood Duo: 2 Succulent Nantucket Bay Scallops wrapped in hickory smoked bacon, seared and glazed with a chili maple sauce and a grilled colossal tiger shrimp, served over exotic wild mushroom risotto

New Zealand Lamb Chops: Grilled Lamb Chops, finished in our sweet and savory zip sauce, served with garlic parmesan asparagus and whipped Yukon gold potatoes
