The Detroit Free Press / Metro Detroit Chevy Dealers Top 10 Takeover dining series has returned for 2025!

The sixth event is Vesper Books & Wine in Detroit.

Vesper is a wine and cookbook shop.  For our event, we will curate a small menu of intentional wines to feature. Red, white, sparkling, skin contact. We focus on small producers, biodynamics and natural living wines.These wines will be available by the glass and retail bottle, and we will have an expert on hand to provide you with information about the wine. 

We are also a cookbook shop and let's be honest, food brings people together. With Detroit's population home to folx from every corner of this earth, our cookbook selection is equal parts general reference, new and classic, to African, Afro-Caribbean, Arab-Levant, Latinx, European and Asian and South Pacific Islands diasporas-focused titles to ensure every person that walks through our doors feels seen and heard in their unique human experience.
